About the role

We have a very exciting new role as a Warehouse Operations Support Manager

As the Warehouse operations support manager you will manage, prioritise and organise all resources in order to achieve targets and ensure deadlines are within set budgets. Working with senior management and the client you will ensure contract development and renewal by leading, managing and coordinating an operational team ensuring customer service excellence, efficiency, and quality and safety targets are met. You will take an active approach in identify areas for improvement and delivering cost save initiative for not only CEVA but to the client.

You will also ensure all objectives & targets are met, manage the performance of all employees (Absence, holidays, resource planning, UPMH etc.) Supporting site audits along with team leads, communicating daily with warehouse supervisors to identify any issues or potential issues and escalate when needed. A H&S advocate and continuously push for better and ensure all teams are doing the same and overseeing the entire operation from a cost perspective nd ensuring security arrangements are in place.
