  • Order Fulfillment The Warehouse/Driver ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment. They pick and pack orders based on customer requirements, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are prepared for shipment. They may use forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move and transport goods within the warehouse.
  • Loading and Unloading The Warehouse/Driver handles the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles. They ensure that goods are properly secured for transport to prevent damage during transit. They may use equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or loading docks to facilitate the process.
  • Delivery & Transportation The Warehouse/Driver is responsible for transporting goods from the warehouse to designated delivery locations. They operate company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, in a safe and efficient manner. They follow designated routes or delivery instructions, maintain accurate records of deliveries, and ensure timely and proper handover of goods to customers or recipients.
  • Vehicle Maintenance The Warehouse/Driver is responsible for the routine maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle used for transportation. This includes conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or damages, and ensuring that the vehicle is properly fueled and serviced.
  • Safety and Compliance The Warehouse/Driver adheres to safety standards and regulations throughout warehouse operations and transportation activities. They follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials or goods, operate vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies, and use personal protective equipment as required.
  • Documentation & Reporting The Warehouse/Driver maintains accurate records and documentation related to warehouse activities and transportation. This includes recording inventory levels, updating shipment records, completing delivery logs or manifests, and providing necessary paperwork for customs or regulatory purposes.
  • Customer Service The Warehouse/Driver may have direct interaction with customers or recipients during the delivery process. They provide courteous and professional customer service, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in good condition. They address any customer inquiries or concerns and report customer feedback to relevant personnel.
  • Physical Stamina This role may involve physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in varying weather conditions or temperature environments. The Warehouse/Driver must have the physical stamina to perform these duties effectively.
