Job Description

  • Working in the transport department with our customer contract Tradeteam
  • Planning the Driver routes, liaising with the team on a regular basis and preparing for the following day
  • Data entry and customer service through telephone and email
  • Reporting and investigating issues relevant to transport operation and delivery service

Skills Required

  • Admin experience needed with route planning experience
  • Transport background
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Bank holidays are normal working days except Christmas day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day.
