Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive
- Making outgoing / incoming customer calls and processing new sales
- Following up business leads and actively selling our products
- Delivering a consultative selling approach
- Maintain sales pipeline and build customer relationships
- Display a positive and professional attitude
- Up-selling value to our products
- Updates CRM system
- Develops product knowledge and services sold
- Contributes to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas

- Able to build and develop lasting customer relationships
- Able to work closely within a team and cross departmental functions
- Excellent communication skills
