Our Solution Design team in Ashby de la Zouch are looking for a Supply Chain Design Analyst to work closely with a key client and their continuous improvement team to achieve objectives and contractual cost down initiatives. You will provide experienced analytical support, engage in best practice solution design, implementations, costings and presentations for both current and projected business propositions for CEVA and the client. You will also support with monthly business intelligence, undertake regular rate reviews and evaluate major client trade lanes to drive down cost and improve operational efficiencies across Air, Ocean and Ground transport.



Reporting into the Supply Chain Design Manager you will deliver monthly reporting on shipments and spend across the global contract, maintain and manage appropriate business intelligence tools (Qlikview) ensuring data is accurate and up to date, contract rate cards have appropriate pricing in place, identify potential continuous improvements opportunities and track and monitor all CI project activity and monthly reporting. You will also support senior management with the production of internal and external proposals and presentations and assist in ad-hoc projects when required.

Our ideal candidate will have proven statistical and trend analysis experience able to answer client queries and understand data by combining/manipulating complex information in order to find a solution.

Proven experience of using Qlikview Business Intelligence tools would be desirable, however we would consider individuals who are willing to learn. Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain design and continuous improvement/process improvement and project management is also key.

It goes without saying that you will possess exceptional communication, engagement and influencing skills, be an efficient and effective problem solver and excellent presentation and report writing skills.
