Senior Customer Service – Northampton – UK

Job Overview

Role Purpose

  • To liaise with customers on all aspects of the business and organisation
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality of service are maintained at all time
  • Maintain and audit the relevant IT system/s
  • Ensure that all customer reporting is delivered on time articulating the desired responses
  • Assist Senior Customer Services Advisors and Customer Service Manager drive and grow additional business opportunities on the NUMS contract.

Requirements

  • Some experience of working within Supply Chain and Logistics would be advantageous
  • Experience managing Team
  • Experience reporting and attending meetings
  • Ideally experience of working in a customer service function with both Web and telephone enabled CRM systems.
  • Experience of using Customer Relationship Management software / programs
  • Experience of dealing with customers all over the country
  • Recognised Customer Service accreditation (desirable)
  • Educated to High School (secondary) standard
