Senior Advisor, Supply Chain Optimization and Green Logistics – Dallas – USA

Job Overview

Your tasks include

  • Lead and drive commercial engagement for our Supply Chain Optimization and Green Logistics services in North America
  • Create and maintain internal and external awareness of Supply Chain Optimization and Green Logistics services
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Manage and execute optimization projects supported by the team of analysts

The typical candidate has relevant experience from a similar position, a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain theory and practice and has a proven track-record. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong drive, takes initiative and thrives in a changing environment with an acute sense of detail and a motivation towards understanding and solving customers’ supply chain challenges.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities

  • You have 5+ years of experience from a similar position
  • Strong commercial drive and sales skills
  • You have excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • A solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Good knowledge of overall Sustainability topics covering ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) elements
  • Experience in Green Logistics is a big plus. Willingness to learn is key
  • Experience from the 3PL industry a plus
  • Consulting experience a plus
  • Familiarity with optimization theory and location modelling is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
