Senior Administrative Assistant – Orlando – USA

Job Overview

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following

  • Manage and maintain executives’ travel arrangements, facilitate meetings, special event planning and any other special projects.
  • Greet visitors to determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Answer telephone calls from internal and external customers
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial reports and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquires

Skills & Knowledge

  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate with all levels of management
  • Excellent decision making skills with ability to produce results
