Job Overview

  • Salary offer ▵ €60,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities for this position include

  • To be primary point of contact for the customer, selling Kuehne+Nagel services across (Sea freight, Airfreight, Overland) with a specific focus on Airfreight
  • To closely cooperate with operations to develop and apply specialized knowledge relative to the assigned business unit and liaise on pricing/RFQ(Request for Quotation) preparation
  • To input and timely update of sales activities utilizing CRM system(Customer Relationship Management)
  • To ensure proper transitioning of customer to operations in line with customer requirements and internal procedures.
  • To focus on and develop new / existing customer targets
  • Monitor carrier performance and recommend actions for compliance failure
  • Implement recommendations for improved efficiency, accuracy and cost savings
  • Pro-actively engage in all issues that will impact service and follow through to completion
  • Provide guidance, advice, and/or training to colleagues on all Linehaul related issues
  • Organizes, plans, and facilitates the day-to-day work of a team of Air Freight Import Operations Specialists
  • Oversees and Supervises transactional operations in the receiving area (delivery arrangement, planning and follow-up of shipment in the receiving area)
