  • Salary Offer £60-80k basic, plus additional £80k OTE = £160k potential

Our award-winning client provides a digital platform to the Shipping, Supply Chain and Freight industry, providing visibility and operational insight into their supply chain.

 

This has enabled them to grow incredibly fast and they are now looking to add to their Sales team across the UK and Europe.

 

In particular, they are looking for Sales candidates who have a direct awareness of the client side of Supply Chain and the pain points therein. You ideally will therefore have worked within Supply Chain as well as having experience of selling end-to-end tech SaaS solutions.

 

This is all about data, but it is also about understanding why that data is important.

 

You’ll be executing the growth strategy by:

Targeting named accounts via warm leads, cold prospecting, industry events and social selling

Have a robust understanding of sales methodologies and forecasting

Be structured in your approach to selling, navigating sales pursuits and deal qualification

Have demonstrable experience in team selling and complex sales

Uncover value in your clients’ Supply Chain which can be addressed by the platform

Build a long term and beneficial partnership

Develop proposals, respond to RFP’s and conduct face-to-face sales presentations for prospective customers

Develop new client relationships and leverage existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities

 

Qualifications

8+ years experience selling SaaS or Supply Chain Solutions to companies >£100M in revenue or 5+ years experience in selling Freight Forwarding services

Track record of over performance and exceeding quota

Data driven, highly numerate with business case examples

Industry sales training/accreditation

Strong prospecting and qualification skills
