Job Description

Scope of Position

Sales Operations is a critical function within a Regional and District sales program. The role of the Regional Sales Operations Manager is to ensure alignment and execution of this critical function across the region. Working as part of the Sales leadership team in Europe, the Regional Sales Operations Manager supports the execution of global and regional sales strategy and the delivery of a district sales program which is as productive, efficient and as effective as possible. In addition, the position requires a deep understanding of our Strategic Initiatives and Key Tactical Business Plans, to support projects tied to Corporate and Regional growth objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

The key drivers of the program are focused on Sales Stewardship, Sales Program Enablement, Business Analytics and Reporting and Marketing.

Sales Operations

  • Drive the development of the Sales Operations team in Europe
  • Engage in the training and development of branch sales operations
  • Align district sales operations with regional goals and objectives
  • Management of performance metrics tied to branch sales operations
  • Personnel Management
  • Commission Program support
  • Regional sales training support
  • Provide support on strategic projects for Geo, Product and Service leadership
  • Manage monthly delivery of key reports to Geo, Product and Service leadership

Marketing

  • Manage regional promotional items
  • Support customer / sales focused events (Seminars, Presentations, etc)
  • Production of customer facing materials
  • Support customer communication campaigns
  • Work with CHQ Marketing to align Sales and Marketing materials
  • Ensure alignment of Marketing and Branding activity in line with CHQ guidelines

Reporting Structure

  • Director of Sales & Marketing – Europe (based UK)
