Job Overview

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Support the payroll team and wider payroll stakeholder group with the analysis and reconciliation of payroll data, identifying and escalating any omissions or errors
  • Document and maintain a data dictionary for all payroll data fields, identifying data dependencies and where non-standard configuration exists
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our payroll data requirements and become a subject matter expert for the reporting tools used
  • Work alongside our payroll, HR, pension and finance teams to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions that meet business needs

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • A solid background in payroll with a strong track record of working with large amounts of data and reporting
  • Strong analytical and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on and in-depth experience of working with ADP Global View, SAP or similar payroll products
  • The ability to create complex reports that effectively capture business requirements
