Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in North Carolina. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, inventory management, logistics, and quality assurance.
  • Set operational goals and objectives, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and frontline staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and efficient processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and market conditions to make informed operational decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
