The successful candidate will be a results driven individual who will be responsible for managing a team of four, ensuring all team members adopt an excellent work ethic, deliver a high level of customer service and are well organised.
The candidate will play a critical role in building relationships with significant branch clients and take direct ownership to ensure all business is implemented successfully and communication to the client is of the highest level.
P&L responsibility for the department ensuring Gross Profit is maximised wherever possible
Streamline operational efficiencies whilst maintaining excellent customer service and staff morale.
Publish and Implement customer IOP’s within the team to ensure the right level of focus and service is given.
Communicate effectively with staff and hold regular meetings to discuss department KPI’s, initiatives and continuous development.
Ensure legislative compliance in all areas.
First point of escalation for all staff and client grievances.
Complete all administration functions in accordance with company policy and procedures.
