Logistics Associate – Jonestown – USA

Your role

Level II associates support the operation by controlling inventory from entry into the building through to shipment to our customers.  These responsibilities include all functions listed below that are performed in accordance with documented processes and procedures to ensure accurate shipment to our customers.  A Level II associate may be asked to perform any of the tasks listed below and any Level I functions.

What are you going to do?

Major Responsibility:  Repack Stocking and Picking
  • Supporting Actions:
  • Log onto RF or pick to voice unit including headset and select job code
  • Obtain labels and sort by picking sequence
  • Scan label; go to location and scan the pick location number
  • Enter quantity into RF unit
  • If prompted, scan serial number, if it does not scan, enter manually
  • Put on conveyer
  • Replenishes product
  • End Results: All products are picked according to documented processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Major Responsibility:  Full Case Pick to Belt
  • Supporting Actions:
  • Hand Picks Full Case product following all picking processes.
  • Product placed directly onto conveyor
  • End Results: All full case products are picked according to documented processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Major Responsibility:  Small Parcel Shipping
  • Supporting Actions:
  • Systemically bill and truck scan the product in WMS
  • Prioritize orders by carrier pull times
  • End Results:  All Small Parcel Shipping will be billed, truck scanned and prioritized for efficient delivery to customers
Decision Making Authority Level
  • Decisions made in these positions are guided by the documented processes for each function

Education:  High School or Equivalent Certification
  • Experience:  Demonstrated experience following documented process
  • Ability read, write and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to work long hours and extra days as dictated by business needs

  • Perform varied and other job duties that may be assigned and required by supervisor/manager
  • Maintain 5S environment
