Logistics Associate – Jeffersonville – USA

Your role

Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks and duties.  The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management. The current opening will be focused on inventory Cycle Counting.

What are you going to do?

• Order reconciliation (Manage order status to ensure SLA are met)
• Email communication with support groups to release and replan orders
• Reviewing SLAs
• Researching inventory discrepancies and placing holds on missing inventory causing orders to be short
• Systematically reversing pick and relocating product
• Reporting customer inquiries related to order status
• Picking and check packing orders
• Assist Supervisor / Manager on special requests, white glove and dangerous goods orders.

What are we looking for?

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented team player.
• Ability to perform physically intensive labour including motions such as reaching, bending, picking up, lifting up to 50lbs as needed.
• Walking and/or standing for periods of time.
• Must be able to perform duties in a warehouse type environment, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times.
• Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance and safety.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work independently as needed.
• Education:  High School Degree or Equivalent preferred
