Job Overview

Your role

Support the operation by controlling inventory from entry into the building through to shipment to our customers and appropriately handling returns from customers in accordance with customer processes.  These responsibilities include all functions listed below that are performed in accordance with documented processes and procedures to ensure accurate shipment to our customers.

What are you going to do?

  • Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs
  • Ultimately, the role of the training coordinator is to oversee all development at Ingram Micro Mobility
  • Facilitate training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information to training supervisor and HR
  • You should also be familiar with the instructors, equipment and educational material requirements for each training session
  • Provide necessary information about training sessions with Training Supervisor, management and HR
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

What are we looking for?

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail oriented team player.
  • Ability to perform physically intensive labor including motions such as reaching, bending, picking up, lifting up to 50lbs as needed.
  • Walking and/or standing for periods of time.
  • Must be able to perform duties in a warehouse type environment, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times.
  • Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance and safety.
  • Education:  High School Degree or Equivalent preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role
  • Solid attendance record (less than 2 points)
  • No active disciplinary actions
  • At least 3 months experience in current position
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to read, write, assess, audit SOI’s and training documents
  • Must possess a patient, friendly, welcoming, energetic personality
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including working opposite shift when applicable
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills preferred
  • Bi- or Multi-lingual (with English as one of your languages) a plus but not required.
