Key Account Handler

Role Profile: –

Experienced Freight Forwarder required within an air and sea freight operations environment. If you have an interest to get into the Freight Forwarding industry, please do get in touch.

The Person: –

• Looking after the day to day requirements of our key accounts / customers
• Dynamic individual able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to use own initiative
• Can work to strict deadlines
• Excellent customer service and good communicator
• Able to use all MS office applications

Key Duties / Skills: 

• Export FCL / LCL operations and Liner / third party bookings.
• Export consolidation operations experience and the running of own consol’s.
• Export air cargo operations
• Job costings and invoicing of export shipments
• Cross trade experience
• Freight systems experience
• Freight forwarding problem resolution
