The Role

Part of a newly created Import Service Team who will manage the flow of information between Rhenus Logistics European Partners, Customers and our Customs division.

Your role will involve contacting UK importing companies via email or phone call to obtain information and data required to complete UK import clearance, local system database checks to complete the information and then passing all details to the Customs division through an internal IT Ticket system.

Skills and attributes

· Customer service or call centre experience preferred

· Strong communication skills – written & verbal

· Attention to detail

· Ability to use standard Microsoft software

· Good organisational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Permanent

Salary: From £1.00 per year
