We’re on the hunt for a project-focused HR Advisor to join us on our operation with Iceland, based out of Swindon, on a six-month fixed-term contract.
Working alongside the site HRM and Contract HRM, this is a unique role focused on delivering some key projects across the operation. These include performance management, onboarding and site communications, but we’ll also need your support with some case work where needed.
Ideally with a communications bias, we also need your support in communicating the feedback from our recent engagement survey and assisting the site leadership team in developing and implementing action plans in response to this feedback. We’re really open for this role to be either full-time or part-time – just tell us what you’re looking for and if you’re the right person for us, we’ll make it work.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum (pro rata). In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with strong experience of driving cultural change,
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR policy, practice and procedures
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels – this could be anything from our operational population to our leadership teams
- A self-motivated approach to work with the ability to manage your own deadlines
