Forwarding Merchant Air Freight (Tender & Pricing)

Your task

• Comprehensive advice on transport and Air freight shipments
• Calculation and analysis of freight rates and logistic services daily price basis
• Conduct rate and service negotiations with service providers for customers
• Based on ad hoc requests
• Careful preliminary planning of the transport chain taking into account economic and customer-specific requirements
• Application of flight schedules, net rates and shipment details
• Creation and maintenance of offers in the system
• Sales support

Your profile

• Successfully completed training Merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistic service and/or
• Professional experience in the field of air freight
• Professional experience in pricing and Air freight purchase desirable
• Good understanding of numbers and price calculations
• Flexibility, commitment, high commitment and discipline
• More structured, independent and customer-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Confident knowledge of spoken and written English
