Export Analyst – Peabody – USA

We are currently looking to fill a key role in our Export Department. In this dynamic position you will be primarily responsible for providing U.S. ECCN classification for our clients. A Trade Analyst provides a variety of compliance related services to support Export Operations. Duties may include commercial document creation, customs broker referrals support, HTS and ECCN Classification, reporting, and research. Trade Analysts work within a global team to ensure the very best in customer service. In addition, candidates will have the below day-to-day responsibilities:

• Classify items (hardware, software, and technical data) with United States Munitions List (USML) or Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), including determination if products are subject to U.S. export licensing requirements
• Provide document creation support
• Other trade related activities

• At least 1 year of export compliance experience
• Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations
• Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail is a must for this position
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Maintain complete and accurate records on client projects
• Communicate professionally with both internal and external customers
