Job Description

  • Establish clear and concise communications both internally and externally
  • Compile data and information needed for post-entry filings
  • Post-summary correction and protest filing
  • Post-entry auditing
  • Research of Customs and PGA regulations
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects and project deadlines
  • Daily tracking of project time
  • Contribute to departmental improvements
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred and/or import experience, including entry-writing or auditing
  • U.S. Customs Broker license or the willingness to pursue license
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic Understanding of U.S. Customs and PGA requirements
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.  Access database skills preferred.
