Director of HR & Administration

Salary: $Negotiable + Benefits 

Location: Plano, TX , USA

Responsibilities:

Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and Administration

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment processes such as job description creation, interview coordination (via recruiters), and employee training.
  • Assist in coaching, counselling, and handling sensitive internal HR issues, including terminations.
  • Update necessary HR materials such as handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Review all legal agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure the company adheres to the Parent Company’s compliance programs and provide appropriate training.
  • Participate in risk management reviews and coordinate issue resolution with the parent company’s insurance department and brokers.
  • Manage insurance claims activities, including reporting to senior management and establishing policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, with strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills facilitating sound decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of prioritizing, negotiating, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adept at multitasking and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
