Job Description

As a Customs Entry Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through customs clearance processes. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate customs documentation for import and export shipments, complying with all relevant regulations and requirements. You will collaborate closely with customers, carriers, and government agencies to resolve any customs-related issues and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs documentation, including entry forms, commercial invoices, and packing lists, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Classify and determine the appropriate customs tariff codes for imported and exported goods.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and government agencies to obtain necessary information and resolve customs-related issues.
