Salary: Circa $50,000 – $60,000

As a Customs Entry Writer for Ocean Freight and Air Freight, you will be responsible for:
Follow company procedures and client SOPs.
Monitor and track inbound shipments.
Review the accuracy of commercial documentation and annotate for entry purposes.
Review and resolve issues that may prevent timely entry and/or release of goods with internal and external parties.
Prepare and transmit CBP and PGA entries and transmissions electronically.
Process FTZ import shipments, customs form 214, 7512 in bonds.
Coordinate delivery of goods.
Respond to received communications from internal and external customers.
Prepare and complete invoicing.
As a Customs Entry Writer for Ocean Freight and Air Freight your required skills will be:
Import Ocean Freight.
Import Air Freight.
Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Detailed oriented with good organization skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word.
