About the role



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customs Coordinator to join our Customs team.



In this interesting and varied role, you will be updating job files and entering data accurately into the customs systems, issuing all UCR’ to import operations and 3rd party brokers, collecting relevant information and being sure all documentation is received 48 hours of issue of UCR. You will be building relationships with customers to support compliance and growth, resolving any queries within a 24-hour timeframe, so fantastic customer service is necessary. You will also run Management reports, archive all import records & ensure full compliance is adhered too.



We can offer the shifts below

Days on a fortnightly rotation

Tuesday – Sat 0600 – 14:30 – 13:30 – 22:00

Sunday – Thursday 0600 – 14:30 – 13:30 – 22:00


4 on 4 off – 1900 – 0700



Our preferred candidate will have worked in a Customs role before or have had exposure to a customs environment, documentation, terms etc. Excellent time management, organisational skills and a strong communicator.



This role can be office based & we can offer a working from home option too.
