Job Overview

Job Role

  • Handling all inbound and outbound telephone calls for a business
  • Generating regular customers reports on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing internal and external communication
  • Operating various internal systems; from stock movement to fleet tracking
  • Dealing effectively with all customers enquires and conducting investigations
  • Monitor delivery performance and present data on a daily basis
  • Monitoring and managing vehicle GPS tracking system
  • Generate detailed KPI reports (internally and externally)
  • Completing weekly KPI reports and following up on poor performance

Skills Required

  • Strong communicator at various levels – ability to assess individual customer needs
  • Proven track record in a customer service environment
  • Automotive Industry Experience
  • IT literate and able to adopt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written
