Our Operation in Felixstowe is looking to recruit a dynamic and highly focussed Customer Service Manager specialising in Customs. Reporting into the Head of Customs and managing a team of Customer service operators. You will ensure that we meet and exceed customer and company expectations by supporting and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

This is a brand new role within a brand new team, so we want someone with the drive, energy and motivation to succeed.


Our ideal candidate will have significant custom operational and customer service experience with demonstrable experience of building and developing exceptional client relationships. You will possess strong people management skills with the ability to create a high-performance culture through support, coaching and development whilst implementing sustainable improvements to drive business performance.

You will also be responsible for reporting packs, KPI’s, managing workload through our dashboard, mailbox management and employee engagement.


It goes without saying that you will be customer centric, highly organised and possess a high attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be IT literate with the ability to use MS Office packages and a keen interest in learning new systems when required.
