Job Overview

Job Role

  • (Large) Customer service
  • Service-oriented processing of customer requirements
  • Transfer of customer orders to the operational organization
  • Quotation processing, follow-up of offers, forwarding of customer feedback to production and sales
  • Analysis, processing and control of customer specifications
  • Sales support measures
  • Telephone sales to existing customers, qualified potential customers and inactive customers (recovery)
  • Acceptance and clarification of customer complaints and process disruptions

Skills Required

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in the field of transport and logistics and/or trade, administration is an advantage
  • Confident in dealing with common MS Office applications
  • Customer and service orientation
