Customer Service (Domestic Operations Specialist/Agent) – Miami – USA

Summary

  • Provide best in class customer service to our customers
  • Get knowledge in DHL product and service portfolio
  • Master Ground & Air domestic operations
  • Operate files in DHL Systems (Mercury Gate)
  • Be responsible for service performance and files profitability

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Effectively and timely communicate with customers and suppliers
  • Process shipment in mercury gate same day cargo is available
  • Track shipments progress from Pick-up to delivery
  • Timely capture milestones in the system (Mercury Gate)
  • Accurate bill files
  • When required support with the collection efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in the transportation industry preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to multi task and solve problems (make decisions)
  • Solid customer service and computer skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail and work under pressure skills
