If you are a methodical and process driven individual with a keen eye for detail, this role would be perfect for you! As a Business Support Coordinator, you will actively support the Project and Operational Teams with the successful delivery of front and back office system start ups in new or existing CEVA sites. You will play an integral part in setting up processes, work instructions and systems to ensure operational costs are controlled and reported through weekly cost reports until the point where the new site team have been recruited and train.



Working as part of a project team, you will liaise with the Senior Management on site to coordinate and support the implementation of new processes and procedures. You will need to work collaboratively with other areas of the business, such as HR to ensure the correct back office systems are set up for go live, and HSEQ to action and deliver the Site Action Plan to ensure legal compliance before full hand over to the new operational team.

You will play a key part in helping to monitor some of the operational spend, working closely with the operational team to interrogate weekly agency spend, and control and deliver a weekly cost report. You will also be responsible for raising purchase orders and ordering supplies where required. Working closely with our finance team to ensure all costs are captured and record progress for invoice payment.

Within this business support role, you will part of a wider project team seconded to sites on short term assignments which is dependent on business need and the scale of each project. On completion of each successful implementation, you will fully handover to the newly recruited operational team and move on to your next project to support a different area of the business.



You will have some experience in a similar role and have a sound understanding of operational support. As a minimum, you will need to be trained to yellow belt in six sigma and will ideally come from a background in logistics however this isn’t essential.

Due to the nature of the role, you will preferably come with some payroll experience, or experience managing and controlling a budget for site overheads, although final sign off will sit with the Senior Management team.

This is an extremely varied role and will require someone who is methodical, process driven and has the confidence to work collaboratively with key members of the project and management team as well as the wider business. You will need to be able to work off your own initiative and have the ability to effectively solve problems.
