YOUR ROLE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented, tenacious, and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our talented and successful Contract Logistics Business Development Team.

This busy and high-profile role will be integral to generating new business and delivering growth across multiple sectors such as Transport, Technology, Healthcare and Consumer Retail.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Business Development Manager, you will push boundaries and go the extra mile to knock down doors and solicit new business to drive our organisation forward. With a consultative, solutions based selling style, you will build effective relationships with prospect customers to fully understand their requirements and needs, working in close collaboration with the chilled warehouse operations team to embed and implement client solutions.

Whilst new business will be key focus, you will also be pivotal to driving growth and sustainability. That’s why we need a determined, self-sufficient, and courageous, energetic individual with expert networking ability, exceptional communication skills and a dynamic hunter mentality.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As well as the above, you will have a proven track record of delivering growth over a sustained period with the ability to develop pipelines through strategic and targeted planning. With a consultative selling style, you will have prior experience of developing compelling value propositions and be able to influence and negotiate at senior level.

We are keen to speak with individuals who are operating in the Transport, Technology, Healthcare and Consumer Retail vertical markets.
