Job Overview

Job Role

  • Contact person of the customer with regard to the incoming and outgoing goods
  • Handling e-mails
  • Devising and implementing good solutions for any complaints (both on inbound and outbound)
  • Ensuring a correct registration of data for invoicing purposes
  • Processing registrations of trailers and containers, Shipping Requests, Investigation Requests, Claims (outbound complaints), Cancellations, Damages, Returns and taking care of 5S
  • Proactively approaching both the internal and external customer with regard to priorities, shortcomings, delays, etc. Also communicate about this with colleagues from the other departments
  • Creating different reports and providing them to departments
  • Thinking along about possible improvements for the Customer Service department and the processes


Skills Required

  • Experience in logistics
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Full-time availability. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00-19:00
