About the Role
- Become a valuable member of our sales department to provide the best services to our international clients to build customer loyalty.
Among the responsibilities of the role are
- Account management for our key clients
- Setting sales goals to bring new business to the company
- Daily communication with airline carriers to set up contract rates as well as spot rates for project shipments
- Daily communication with inland carriers
- Daily communication with the operations department to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in air freight export sales
- Proven track record in sales
- CargoWise or Magaya experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to pay great attention to details
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Competitive weekly salary + commission.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
