Air Freight Outside Sales / Business Development Manager – Hamburg, Germany

Job Overview

  • Salary Offer €60k plus car

Due to on-going success and profitable business wins our client requires an experienced Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing team.

You will manage the full freight sales cycle, from assessing customer requirements, to managing the relationship, all customer visits (currently via video link) and preparing and presenting to a customer in order to make a sale.

You will maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails, ensuring that service to existing customer base in maintained as you will handle both new business and the ongoing account management and development of your accounts.

Only candidates with Freight Forwarding Business Development experience will be considered, with provable billings of at least £500k pa

Business Development Manager Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager / Business Development role
  • Proven background within the freight forwarding industry
  • Demonstrate provable billings

Based in Hamburg or potentially other German cities considered

Able to bring in £500k+ of sales per year

Provable billings for minimum of 3 years in Freight Forwarding company in Germany

Happy face to face and on the road, winning business
