Ideally, the successful Team member will be in place as soon as possible. Our hiring process is thorough and like our culture, moves at an urgent pace for the right Team member.

About You

  • You are an accomplished new business development champion or passionate air freight leader with a passion to learn and succeed.
  • You have an ability to prospect consistently on the phone, in person and at networking events. Knowledge of international air freight industry is preferred but not required if you have a history of sales success in a complex sales environment, the ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge. You might also be a passionate air logistics person and want to take the next step in your career! You will have the backing and support of the Mainfreight network and team.
  • You present yourself with an immaculate image, can gain a room attention and have high energy and passion levels. Other people will describe you as a leader and you would consider your customer base as your own personal book of business. You have history of tracking your sales processes and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement. While already a successful sales or airfreight professional, you understand and accept that education is optional but learning is compulsory. You a champion of self improvement and desire career growth.
  • You will have the opportunity to win and consult business in the thriving industries of California; such as but not limited to technology, medical, automotive, aerospace, perishable, military, health, agriculture and life sciences.
