Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Koho, you’ll be focused on growing our LTL shipper base. You will be provided the tools and training necessary to grow and enhance your sales career. Your primary goal will be to generate and close leads through cold outreach and marketing campaign follow up. You’ll work closely with marketing to identify and prospect into target accounts. Our goal is to hire the best sales professionals in the logistics industry and provide the resources needed to grow Koho as a market leader in the less-than-truckload space.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Generate sales-ready leads through a combination of cold calling, email follow up and prompt responses to inbound inquiries
  • Ensure that all new leads are processed with agreed activity and timeliness
  • Understand and articulate Koho’s offering to prospects effectively and enthusiastically
  • Enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Hubspot CRM
  • Close and onboard new customers into Koho’s free shipping platform
  • Effectively maintain and grow your sales pipeline to meet revenue objectives

Skills & Experience

  • Dynamic, high energy person with a minimum of 1-3 years of successful sales experience selling LTL freight
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve outbound calling and email KPIs
  • Demonstrated success of working independently with a proven track record of prospecting and achieving monthly goal attainment
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Superb communication skills with ability to consultatively explain a product
  • Self directed, a quick study and an enthusiastic team player
  • Detail and results oriented who works well under pressure
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
