Duties

Confirming scheduled routes for the week, this includes:

  • Calling customers and informing them of dates and times the delivery/deliveries are scheduled to go out
  • Confirming addresses and contact numbers and updating on the system
  • Answering calls from suppliers or customers and dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Keeping up to-date with all emails, dealing with any queries or questions promtly
  • Checking through order flags on the system and ensuring all flags are attended to and resolved
  • Ensuring all paperwork is organised within the office
  • You will also be expected to carry out any adhoc duties if needed by your Customer Service Manager

Must be able to work the following hours/shifts:

Monday 7am to 1pm

Tuesday 7am to 1pm

Wednesday 7am to 1pm

Thursday 12pm to 7pm

Friday 12pm to 7pm

Saturday 8am to 4pm

Must have previous experience in a Customer Services environment.

Expected start date: 26/07/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
